THE GENERALS
LSUA knocked Texas A&M-Texarkana out of the RRAC Championship on Friday, November 7, in a 3-2 double overtime match.
Alexia Bermejo Jo scored the game-winner on a penalty kick in the second overtime period.
Sacha Backus and
Ariana Lowenstein scored the Generals' first two goals.
The RRAC released its all-conference honors on Friday. Bermejo and
Audrian Cruz earned All-RRAC First Team.
Justice Richardson was named to the All-RRAC Second Team, while
Fenja Leibner and Sara Escribano Garcia-Miguel were named Honorable Mention All-RRAC.

Abril Cobos, and
Carolina Anjos Pereira were named to the RRAC All-Freshman Team.
Alley Habetz was named to the Champions of Character Team.
In the regular season, the Generals fell to LSU Shreveport, 5-3. LSUA is 5-7-1 all-time against Shreveport. During the 2024 RRAC Championship, the Generals defeated the Pilots 3-1.
Hille Baumfalk scored a pair of goals, while Bermejo scored one.
SCOUTING LSU SHREVEPORT
The Pilots enter the tournament as the top seed after being named the RRAC Regular Season Champion. LSUS posted a 10-1-0 record in RRAC play this season.
Jade Derks leads the Pilots in goals (13), assists (11), and points (37). She has scored three game-winning goals. She recorded a goal and assist against LSUA during their regular season meeting. The Pilots have scored 67 goals as a team and average 3.94 goals per game.
Elena Lopez has made all 17 starts in goal for the Pilots. She has allowed 34 goals and holds a goals against average of 2.24. Lopez has made 76 saves.
