No. 6 Softball Takes Two from XULA

ALEXANDRIA, LA – The No. 6 Louisiana State University of Alexandria softball team swept a Red River Athletic Conference doubleheader against Xavier (La.), 9-1 and 2-0.

"It's awesome when you can come out and get two wins, especially in the point in the season which you know you're competing for a championship," said LSUA Head Coach Trent Partridge said. "Kirsten came in in a situation that she's not been put in a whole lost hits season and she performed. Soileau does what she does, holds teams to nothing and gives us an opportunity to win ball games.
