Generals Kennel Bulldogs

ALEXANDRIA, LA- The Generals have now extended their win streak to four in a row after taking down the Bulldogs of Jarvis Christian University in a 3-0 win. 
 
"Very happy with the result today. The squad has put in a lot of gritty performances over the past few weeks and today was no different", said Coach Hammond, "We have put in a lot of work on the training pitch and the ladies are reaping the benefits the past few games."
 
That hard work on the pitch as Coach Hammond said, is exactly what was shown today by the Generals as they executed in the right moments. Quast positioned herself for a corner kick and in goes the ball off a Tillotson header putting the Generals up 1-0 before halftime. 
 
The Generals went on to score two more goals after halftime with the help of a penalty kick from Quast and then a great shot by Bermejo.
 
The Generals will look to keep the momentum going as they will travel to LSUS to take on the Pilots for the next conference match up. Kickoff is at 1:00 PM on Thursday, October 5th.
