ALEXANDRIA - On a wet and rainy day, the Generals (7-3-1) faced the San Antonio Jaguars (6-3-2) at home in the quarterfinals of the RRAC Women's Soccer tournament winning 5-2 to advance to the semifinals.
Starting off with a quick goal against the Jaquars, the Generals early goal in the first two minutes of the game was reminiscent of the last time these two teams met. Soon after, forward, Sophie Borhi was able to find the back of the net twenty minutes later. After Borhi's goal, other Generals seemed to capitalize on their shots on goal.

Ten minutes later, freshman forward, Theresa Langauer, cleaned up a shot from Alexia Bermejo, placing the ball in the net. Five minutes later, Bermejo was able to score her second goal of the game making it 5-0 at the half.
The second half consisted of two goals for the Jaguars. They capitalized on several General mistakes ending the game in a 5-2 score.
